I won’t lie, I feel it’s very pricey, but depending on your fitness goals, it can be worth it. I have an unlimited monthly package for $149/month. You can also get a package for 4 classes/month and 8 classes/month which is more affordable. I am trying to go 3 days a week so the unlimited works best for me.
How many days a week should you do Orangetheory?
Growth is a long term game, and the crappy days are more important. I try to make it to OTF 3-4 times a week. I like to do 2 days in a row, 1 day off, and then 2 in a row again. I seem to get the most out of my workouts that way but as others have said, everyone is different.

Strength and performance improvement goals I would also give it a couple weeks. Once you are feeling good, start to push your normal output, grab a heavier weight etc.
