Why is Crossfit lame?
You don’t have access to a solid crossfit gym. The same way that there’s a lot of bad personal trainers out there, there’s a lot of bad crossfit gyms and coaches out there, too. The thing is – crossfit is so intense that going at it without a lot of experience and without a good coach is a recipe for disaster.
Why is Crossfit so hated?
Because Crossfit puts so much emphasis on repetitions and time. This focus causes people who do their workouts to care about numbers and not about form/posture/physical results.

The primary problem with Crossfit is that it lacks coherent programming aimed at a particular goal or purpose. It’s essentially exercise for the sake of exercise… Which normally wouldn’t be a real big problem – except that they incorporate all of the dangerous parts of lifting weights along with it.
