Is CrossFit 6 days a week too much?
You don’t need to workout 6 days a week to see results and achieve goals, especially when you’re older. I started progressing much faster when I went from 5x/wk to 4x/wk. Work up to it. I dont know your background but I got into fitness stuff more serious like when I was like 27 or so.
Is CrossFit 2 times a week enough?
Based on my experiences I would recommend going at least twice a week, if you can fit it into your schedule. Once would be good, but you might find that you see more benefits from twice a week. Any less than once a week and you may feel like you’re starting closer to zero.
